What can I do if my online payment failed?

There are many reasons why payments fail online. Listed below are the most common reasons why your payment may have failed.

  1. Your card is issued by a bank outside the country.
  2. Your card is not registered for 3D Secure© technology.
  3. You do not have sufficient funds on your card. If you do not have enough funds on your card, you can use alternative options such as Cash on Delivery or Pay at collect.
  4. You have entered an incorrect OTP (One Time Pin).
  5. You have entered incorrect card details.
